Prices for personal training start at £50 an hour. Once we have defined your goals and needs, we will come to a fare quote that suits your training.

Packages are available upon request, prices will vary depending on your requirements, frequency of training and location.

Remedial Therapies

Remedial Therapies all start at £60 an hour. I hyave my own massage table so I can travel and massage you in the comfort or your own home. Please note that prices will vary if I have to treat you onsite.

Packages are also available for remedial therapies and highly recommended.
