After a day in front of my computer I really look forward to our workout- and I never did before. The gym was always an effort. Now it’s the best hour of my week. The Kettlebells and boxing drills really add variety to your sessions and really help in Toning up, building Muscle and General Fitness. I always feel that I have done a considerable work-out and feel much better for my investment. 'I have just completed a 4 month training course with Johan, covering approximately 20 sessions. My personal goals were to complete rehabilitation from knee surgery last summer and to gain a level of fitness that would allow me to return to playing field hockey at a good standard again on a weekly basis. Following my involvement with Johan I have been able to return to hockey at a considerably higher level of fitness than I had otherwise been able to achieve over the last 2/3 years and absolutely no problem from my knee injury. 'I trained for months trying to recover from a cruciate ligament injury with very little success. I decided it was time to get some help; Johan took up the challenge of building up my knee, as well as confidence in my mind about how far I could get back to sport. A combination of kettle bell training, boxing and much patience allowed me to take my first steps back to football training. The variety of different training will keep you entertained. While his sincerity has meant he has become a friend. We have set clear definite goals and I am well on my way to achieving them.'
